I think that's why opo ships the phones with the regular micro tray and also a nano tray now. I used the eject tool to open the tray to install the sim card but the tray just sticks out a bit and there is no way to open it any further. While you could try other objects, such as a pin, or bent paperclip, the method would remain the same.
